In collaboration with eBay - the global e-commerce giant, we embarked on a transformative UX project focused on the "Future Past Retro Tech Collective." The project's central aim was to deepen our understanding of Gen Z user behaviors and their latest fashion trends in vintage tech. By gaining insights into this niche market, we set out to establish a robust foundation for the design phase, ensuring that the eBay platform resonates with the evolving preferences of the next generation.
